MEN TAKE A STAND: Honoring Noam Chomsky, James Jennings and Samuel Hurtado

As part of the Boston Women's Fund 30th Anniversary, celebrate the history of BWF and network with social justice activists as we present Social Justice in Action awards to Noam Chomsky, James Jennings and Samuel Hurtado and listen to the powerfully portrayed experiences of young women from Books of Hope, a BWF grantee.

Honored Mel King for his many years of dedication to community organizing and youth development and for Taking A Stand in supporting the leadership of women and girls. The Boston Women’s Fund was proud to present Mel King with the Social Justice in Action Award in February 2011.
